Current Employee - Cloud Architect says

"I have been working at Openbank full-time for less than a year Cons: Bad bases are being created."

Former Employee - Senior Consultant says

"I worked at Openbank full-time for less than a year Cons: People in this company are really rude, they have no sense of respect to employees, especially HR. If you don't speak Spanish you'll feel really isolated as no one cares about foreigners in this company. There's no clear career path so it's unlikely to get promoted any time soon. They say they are a different bank, but honestly their digital products are common and uninspiring to work on. I didn't enjoy my time there and wouldn't recommend this company."

Current Employee - Backend Developer says

"I have been working at Openbank full-time for more than a year Cons: - Everything is just chaos. - Colleagues of mine working full weekends in order to meet impossible deadlines. - Nobody values your work and it is irrelevant unless something goes wrong. - Like a consultancy firm, but without any benefits present in consultancy (such as promotions or large variety of projects)"
